At 63 sqm the Poet Suites comfortably sleep 2 guests on the luxurious and comfy queen bed, or a maximum of up to 4 guests (3 adults and 1 child) with the addition of 2 extra beds (chargeable). Floor to ceiling windows give a stunning view of the city and flood our Poet Suites with natural light, to allow our guests to better enjoy the artwork and ornate colonial style furnishings featured in each room. Space and privacy are assured with the separate bedroom and lounge and a private en-suite bathroom which features a bathtub and shower. The suites also include an in-room safe, minibar, complimentary WiFi and city views.

Cancel Policy
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply.
- Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay amount for all rooms and services booked will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show: 100% of the total stay amount for all rooms and services booked will be charged.
Please note, all cancellations must be made and confirmed with the hotel in writing.
Payment Policy
On confirmation of your reservation a credit card will be required as a guarantee. No charge will be made on the card except in the event of a cancellation where charges will be made in line with the applicable policy.
Full charge of your confirmed reservation for all rooms and services booked will be applied 7days (or immediately for last minute bookings confirmed within 7 days of the check-in date) from the date of your booked check-in date.

Child Policy
Infants and children from 0 - 4 years of age are allowed to stay with parents free of charge when sleeping on existing bedding. Where extra beds are provided additional charges apply. Cots/Cribs are provided for babies free of charge.
Adult pricing applies for all guests from the age of 5 years of age and older.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Unless stated otherwise, until 7 days from the confirmed check-in date no charges will be made on the card except in the event of cancellations or no-show.
Full charge for all rooms and services booked for the confirmed stay will be due 7days from the confirmed check-in date, or immediately on confirmation where the check-in date is within 7 days from the date of confrmation of the reservation.
